How To Buy
Here in GetLah.my, we do not sell stuffs through conventional means. We simply post a couple of products on our webpage/app, and our users put in the required amount of entries needed for the system to select a winner. The cost of 1 entry will be set at 1 Gem, 5 Gems or 10 Gems. How do we decide the valuation of the entry and number of entries required? Sorry, that is a trade secret.
Gems
Gems are GetLah.my’s primary credit system, which our fellow GetLahians used to put in an entry for the product they wished to win in a near future. As quoted on our Return & Refund section, once you bought it, you cannot ask for a cash refund. You cannot transfer the Gems in your GetLah.my account to other GetLah.my account. You just have to spend it all on entries for all the products on display in GetLah.my. If you ran out of Gems and to increase it, you can buy them via a) clicking My Account  Topup and buy the amount of Gems you need; b) invite your friends/families to sign up as GetLah.my user, and type in your User ID as their referral, or c) buy a GetLah.my vouchers from our staffs/representatives.
GetLah Guarantee
All products displayed at GetLah.my are 100% genuine/original, provided by various group of retailers and suppliers. We also ensure that the warranty status of each product is crystal clear, should the product you had received was damaged prematurely.
Return & Refund
You are allowed to return and exchange the product IF the product was either missing a certain part/component, received a wrong product, or a damaged product WITHIN 48 HOURS after receiving your product. To return the ‘Bad Product’, email us the picture of the product you received at customer.service@getlah.my WITHIN 48 HOURS. Once confirmed, we will provide you a return address, and we will process the ‘Bad Product’ for replacement immediately. If we have not received any complaints regarding the delivered product within 48 hours, we will consider the product was received in good condition, and any request to exchange the product after this 48-hour period is subject to the manufacturer’s/supplier’s warranty policies.

Also to keep in mind, we have strictly NO-REFUND policy for every Gems you have purchased, either via our Topup Function or GetLah.my’s official vouchers. Once you buy them or used the voucher code, that is it. You pretty much have to spend every Gems and GetPoints you had in your account right now.

1) General Inquiries

GetLah.my is a gamified shopping app, which combines the thrill of online shopping with skill and knowledge-based challenges, to form a highly captivating and enriching experience. Users will now have an opportunity of spending as little as MYR 1 for high-value products through crowdfunding method.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 Am-5.30PM. However, do not hesitate to contact us after the working hours via email, FB IM, and even WhatsApp; and we will reply your message during our next working day. If the situation/issue is critical and it happened during our off-hours, we will answer your message(s) as soon as possible.

Click Sign In -> Register. Then type in your mobile phone number. You will then receive an SMS containing the OTP code. Type in the OTP code you received and later fill in all the required details. Once this part is completed, you are officially a user of GetLah.my service.

Yes, all products displayed at GetLah.my are 100% genuine/original, supplied by a team of reliable, high-quality third-party retailers and manufacturers such as Lazada, direct from the brand’s respective official store and many other reputable local & international distributors.

*Login or sign up with GetLah.my.

* Once logged in, browse for your desired item(s).

* Click on your desired products, and use the Gems available in your account to place an entry.

*Complete the challenge given to fully confirm your entry.

*You can double check your entry status by clicking My Account -> My Purchase, and also see if the confirmation email has arrived in your email inbox.

*After the Entry-Bar has reached 100% for the said item, we will announce the top 5 scorers and the winner of the product.

*The winner will be notified via email. (refer section 5 of the FAQ)

The Entry-Bar is the yellow and grey bar/line displayed below the item images. The function is to show everyone the participant percentage of the said product. It must reach 100% (turn completely yellow) before the stipulated deadline for us to decide the winners.

All products will be on display for up to 30 days (unless stated otherwise) or after the Entry-Bar has reached 100%.

You will be given a challenge that will test your skill and knowledge. You will receive a short instruction message before the challenge begin.

If The Entry-Bar did not reach 100% within the stipulated deadline, the Gems that you spent to obtain an entry will be returned to you, and you can reuse the returned Gems to obtain an entry for a different product. This also means no one wins the product and the product will be removed from our display site.

If you did not win any of the GetLah.my’s product, the Gems you spent to obtain an entry will be converted into GetPoints, which you can use to redeem any items on display at our GetMore (Mall) site. (refer section 3 of the FAQ).



2) Accounts & Profiles

*Click My Account -> My Account.

*Then you will see a section called User ID, and the series of numbers below it. That is your User ID. Your User ID is generated automatically by our system which you will not be able to change. Your User ID will be useful for you to obtain extra Gems via our Online Referral Programme. (refer section 3 of the FAQ)

User Name is the nickname you entered during the registration period, which will be on display when you are our top 5 participants for the products you just placed an entry to.

We take your online privacy matters seriously. Therefore, your first & last name, and address will never be revealed to the public, but we do need that information for our company’s reference.

You may email us at customer.service@getlah.my and tell us why you would like us to terminate your account. Since your Gems & GetPoints are non-refundable and non-transferable, we will need you to use up every bit of your remaining Gems and GetPoints first, before proceeding to terminate your GetLah.my account.

It is highly recommended that you entered every details correctly, before you confirmed any redemption at our GetMore (Mall) site. However, we will request you to double confirm all the requested details via email should you win anything at GetLah.my and will also display your full address at GetMore (Mall) when reconfirming all details for the item you are about to redeem. (refer section 7 of the FAQ)

Click My Accounts -> My Account, and edit the details that you want to amend/edit, EXCEPT your User ID, and your mobile phone number. These two which will not be allowed to be edit/amend.

It is not possible as our system will detect your email and/or phone number as an existing account, and therefore will not grant your requests to create a new account

For as long as your mobile phone number and email account are still able to login and use, you can still use the same GetLah.my login credentials in your new mobile phone / computer.



3) Online Referral Programme

A-Referee (New User), B-Referrer (Existing User)

During the Registration Process:

*After the OTP Confirmation (refer section 1-c), just type in your referrer’s USER ID (refer section 2-a of the FAQ) in the referral section. Complete the registration process.

* Both the Referee and the Referrer will receive 3 Gem each (Only 1 referrer USER ID for 1 new account)


If I forgot to key in my friend’s user ID during the registration process:

*Click Account -> Referral/promocode.

Type in your referrer’s USER ID number. (refer section 2-a of the FAQ)

* Both the Referee and the Referrer will receive 3 Gem each (Only 1 referrer USER ID for 1 new account)

*A new user are only allowed to key in JUST ONE (1) set of their friend’s/referral’s User ID.

*An existing user however, is strongly recommended to share his/her User ID to multiple new users, hence earning more Gems.

*The more new users entered your User ID as their referral, the more Gems you earn.



4) Gems

Gems represents credits in GetLah.my, which you will use to obtain an entry for the desired product. 1 Gem equals to RM 1.

In accordance to our terms and conditions, any Gems that were purchased by you are non-refundable and non-transferable to a different user account.

There are three (3) ways to earn / collect extra Gems.

* Click My Account -> Topup to purchase extra Gems. Make sure you have an active e-banking account and a debit card to complete the transaction.

*Share your User ID number with new users to earn extra Gems via our Online Referral Programme (refer to section 3 of the FAQ).

* Subject to availability, you may redeem extra Gems on GetMore (Mall) using your GetPoints balance. (refer section 5-d)

* If you receive any Topup discount/rebate coupons, just click My Account -> , and type in the coupon code in the coupon section, before purchasing.

*If you receive Free Gems Vouchers, just click My Account -> Voucher, and key in the voucher code.

As long as your account is still active, your Gems will never be expired.



5) GetPoints and GetMore

GetMore (Mall) is a reward marketplace for GetLah.my users to redeem products with GetPoints.

GetPoints is a secondary credit system you received if your entry was not listed to win a product displayed at GetLah.my. You can use the GetPoints you received to redeem cool products on display at our GetMore site.

Just like Gems, GetPoints are non-refundable as cash and non-transferable to other users accounts.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to directly convert GetPoints into Gems. However, subject to availability, you may redeem extra Gems displayed at GetMore (mall) site using your GetPoints balance.

You will only receive GetPoints if your entries are not listed to win any prizes at GetLah.my. The only way to gain extra GetPoints is to use Gems to obtain an entry for a product at GetLah.my and not being listed as a winner for GetLah.my product. Therefore, you will not be able to reload you GetPoints balance by topup feature or other methods.

Click My Account -> My Points. From there, you will see every item you have redeemed at GetMore (Mall) and its delivery status.

When you received this prompt when you tried to redeem an item, it means you did not have enough GetPoints balance to redeem the said item. The system will consider the transaction as a failed redemption. Therefore, no GetPoints will be deducted and you will not be receiving any items you tried to redeem; as if the order did not occur. (Refer Section 5-e on how to increase your GetPoint balance)

Warning: If you received this prompt and your GetPoints Balance was reduced, email us immediately at customer.service@getlah.my.

Will my GetPoints ever expire?



6) Winner’s announcement and SOP.

Results will be revealed immediately after the Entry Bar of the displayed item has reached 100% and the winner has been selected. The winner will receive an email immediately after the result has been announced.

You will receive an email notification to double confirm all the necessary details to ship the prize to your location. You will then reply the email by telling us all the required information stated in the email.

(Reminder: The full address you entered in your profile will not be taken as default shipping address, therefore you must double confirm all the required information every time after you won a prize within 15 days. IF YOU FAIL TO DOUBLE CONFIRM ALL THE REQUIRED DETAILS, IT WILL REGARD AS FORFEIT – which means you will lose the prize you won)

You may appeal by emailing us the reason(s) why you could not respond to our double conformation notice in time (15 days), and also attaching the supporting documents in the said email to support your claim. We will review your appeal based on case per case basis.

All the item’s physical specifications will be displayed in the item details section, including colours if there are other variants. During the reconfirmation process, you may also write a paragraph titled ‘SPECIAL REQUEST’ if you want the product in a specific colour. However, your colour request is subject to availability and if the desired colour is currently unavailable, we will give you an exact same item in a different colour.



7) Return Policy

You are allowed to return and exchange the product if the item was either missing a certain part/component, a wrong item, or a damaged item. Other reasons will not be entertained.

If you received a damaged / incomplete / wrong product/item, do email us the picture of the items you received at customer.service@getlah.my WITHIN 48 HOURS. Once confirmed, we will provide you a return address, and we will replace the wrong / damaged / incomplete goods immediately.

Reminder - If we have not receive any complaints regarding the delivered product within 48 hours, we will consider the product was received in good condition, and any request to exchange the goods after this 48-hour period is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policies.

All of the product’s warranty status will be written in the item description section.



8) Shipping & Delivery

No shipping fees will be charged/incurred to you for any products you won at GetLah.my. The shipping fees is included in the package unless you gave us a wrong address and the prize was returned to us due to the wrong address issue (refer section 7-b).

You will not be able to change your delivery address once you have completed the reconfirmation process. Our customer service may be able to assist you if you reached us early enough. However if your prize has already been shipped to the given address and later returned to our office due to wrong address, you shall bear the shipping fees for us to re-deliver your prize to a correct location.

The shipping fees are already included in the item cost. There will be no other hidden charges unless the item was returned to sender due to wrong address, where the user shall bear the additional shipping fees to re-deliver the item to the correct location.

All you have to do is make sure the address you entered in your profile is correct and up to date.

Yes, you can. We will email you the tracking number and the courier’s name, and you can check the parcel’s status at the courier service’s website. For virtual (non-physical) products, no tracking number will be provided.

If you are unable to track your package on the courier tracking page, your parcel might have just been handover to our respective courier partner. The tracking information of our logistic partners will be available within 24 hours after shipping.

Please contact us at customer.service@getlah.my with your item's details and tracking number if you are still unable to track your parcel by the following business days after item has been shipped out. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action.

After you have received your prize, we will contact you via phone and email requesting you to give us a customer testimony aka comments regarding our service for us to display on our webpage / FB page.



9) Payment & Voucher

At the moment, we will only accept online debit payment from every banking institutes in Malaysia. Other payment options will be available soon.

*During Gem top-up / reloading.

Send us an email at customer.service@getlah.my by attaching the e-invoice/bank in slip and transaction details, and/or screenshot the error-prompt message you received. We will later reconfirm your transaction status.

*During obtaining entry

A user can double check their entry status by clicking My Account -> My Purchase to see the items they had just obtained an entry to. If your My Purchase Page did not contain the item you had just obtained an entry earlier, and yet your Gems amount decreases, contact us immediately (email/chat/WhatsApp) and we will check your entry status.

*Sign up / Sign in with GetLah.my.

*Click Account -> Voucher on the top left side of the screen.

*Key in the voucher code.

Reminder = Make sure that your voucher code is not expired, otherwise you will not receive anything from the voucher.

Terms & Conditions


1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

    1.1. The Terms and Conditions set out below are applicable to all whether you are the registered user, the User or the guest, for all access and use of the Platform. You may view the Terms and Conditions in the Platform. These Terms and Conditions are to be read together with the Privacy Policy that is available in our Platform. The terms in the Privacy Policy are part of the Terms and Conditions, and collectively a legally binding agreement between you and us.

    1.2. You must not be less than eighteen (18) years of age to access the Platform. Notwithstanding that you may be eighteen (18) years of age or older, you must not access the Platform or the Services and must not accept the Terms and Conditions if you are not of legal age or capacity to form a binding contract under the laws of the country in which you are resident or from which you intend to access the Platform or use the Services. It is your responsibility to know the laws concerning the use of the Platform and the Services in your country in which you are resident or from which you intend to access the Platform or use the Services.

    1.3. The Platform providing you the Services available in the Platform. By accessing, browsing and/or using the Platform, you are deemed to have irrevocably and unconditionally agreed to the Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully all of the following Terms and Conditions. You must stop using/accessing the Platform and/or the Services if you are not agreeable to the Terms and Conditions. By signing up and having registered an account with us on the Platform, means you have irrevocably and unconditionally agreed to the Terms and Condition and you and other user(s)/ player(s) have reached an agreement, to accept the Terms and Conditions. You shall not make any form of defense for not reading the Terms and Conditions. You agree to use the Platform at your own risk. We do not take any responsibility or agree to indemnify you for any losses claimed by you as suffered by you arising from the use of the Platform.

    1.4. We shall be entitled to at any time and from time to time, to amend, modify or change the Terms and Conditions at our sole and absolute discretion. We will notify you of such amendments or changes by publishing the new Terms and Conditions in the Platform, and the Last Revised Date will be posted on top of the Terms and Conditions, and you shall be bound by such modified and/or updated Terms and Conditions by browsing, accessing and/or using the Platform. It is your responsibility to visit the Platform regularly and keep updated on any changes to the modified and/or updated Terms and Conditions. Please cease to use the Platform if you are not agreeable to any amendments or modification of the Terms and Conditions. You agree to use the Platform at your own risk, it shall be deemed that you have accepted and agreed to the any amendments or modification of the Terms and Conditions. We do not take any responsibility or to indemnify you for any losses claimed by you as suffered by you arising from the use of the Platform following the amendments and medication of the Terms and Conditions.


2. Registration as User and Personal Information

    2.1. In order to access or use certain services on the Platform, you may choose to register and create an account with us (“Account”). You are required to provide your full name, address, date of birth, email address and mobile number. You warrant that all information provided to us as part of the registration or subsequent thereto, must be truthful, accurate and complete at all times and you shall update us for any changes to the same. If we rely on the information provided by you and accept your registration as User of the Platform, you irrevocably agree that you shall indemnify and keep us fully indemnified and hold us harmless for any expense, loss or damage that we may suffer arising from any inaccurate or false information submitted to us by you.

    2.2. By providing your information to us, you are deemed to have agreed and consented us for submitting your information to relevant third party providers for verification.

    2.3. We reserve right to accept or reject your application and registration at our sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reason.

    2.4. Upon successful registration as a User, you will be assigned a numerical account ID (“User ID”). You may also be able to log in to your Account using the Account ID or your email address.

    2.5. You are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of the User’s Account’s information, including the Account ID and password, and you shall not disclose any part of the information to anyone else. You are responsible for ensuring that no one else (particularly but without limitation those who may share your internet connection) is able to make use of your Account ID (or email address) and password and you shall be responsible for all transactions that take place on your account whether or not you knew or consented to such transactions taking place.

    2.6. You shall not permit any other person to access the Platform via your account without our express permission.

    2.7. You agree to notify us immediately should there be any unauthorized use of your Account or password or of any breach of security. You may be held liable for losses incurred by us due to someone else using your Account.

    2.8. We reserve the right to use third party verification services to authenticate your account information and identity, and you expressly acknowledge and agree that we will be entitled to confirm the accuracy of any information that you have submitted to us. If you have provided us inaccurate or false information or if you are unable or unwilling to provide documentation to confirm your information, as we are unable to confirm your identify, your account may be terminated and any and all activity within the account shall be deemed invalid, including, without limitation, the nullification of any reward given by us. By registering an account you grant us the right to disclose your identity and any information that you have provided in connection with your account to anyone who makes any claim or allegation that: (a) you are a minor or under the minimum age required to make use of any part of the Platform; or (b) any post or other material posted or uploaded by you to the Platform constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy or was otherwise posted or uploaded in breach of these terms of use.

    2.9. You are allowed to create and register only one (1) account with us. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are subject to immediate closure and we reserve the right to seize any funds or rewards gained as a result of holding multiple accounts.

    2.10. You agree that we may at any time investigate your Account to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions and to ensure that no improper or illegal activity is or has taken place.

    2.11. You understand that any information you provide to us in using the Services (not including credit card information and banking transaction information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information and other banking transaction information are always encrypted during transfer over networks.

    2.12. Any personal information you provide to us in using our site or the Services will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy (available at: www.getlah.my/privacy_policy ). By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal date in accordance with the privacy policy and the Terms and Conditions available in our Platform.

    2.13. You agree you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services or any contact on our site through which the Services are provided, without express written permission by us.


3. Use of the Platform

    3.1. As a condition for your use of the Platforms and/or access to the Platform, you agree that you shall comply with all the applicable laws and regulations, shall not conduct or take part in any illegal activities including but not limited to (i) committing fraud, for example by making purchases on the Platform using another person’s identity, credit card or bank account; (ii) using the Platform and the Services for any illegal and unlawful purpose; (iii) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (iv) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (v) to submit false or misleading information; (vi) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious or destructive code; (vii) to collect or track the personal information of others; (viii) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (ix) for any obscene or immoral purpose; (x) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services or any related Platform, other Platforms, or the internet service provider; (xi) to collect any information from our Platform or Platforms for the use related to commercial email.

    3.2. You are prohibited from making or uploading any post or other materials on the Platform and from transmitting or distributing to, from, or on the Platform and from transmitting or distributing to, from, or on the Platform any post which has content of: (a) that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, threatening, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience; (b) which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the rights of any third party, anywhere in the world, including, without limitation, Intellectual Property Rights; or (c) which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data); or (d) which contains any advertising, promotion, solicitation for goods, services or funds or solicitation for others to become members of any enterprise or organization.

    3.3. We may, without notice, delete postings or restrict or prohibit you from posting using the Services on the Platform, terminate your access to the Platform and the Service, or take any other measure it deems fit on the occurrence of a breach of any Terms and Conditions herein by you.

    3.4. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related Platform for violating any of the prohibited uses.


4. Products (“Products”) and Services

    4.1. All Products and descriptions and representations of the Products shown in the Platform are from the third-party vendors. The contents provided in the Platform are solely for information purposes. We do our best to provide accurate information and make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the Products that appear on our Platform, however, the Products may not be identical to the published descriptions and/or images that are displayed as we can, and we make no warranties with respect to the information provided on our Platform, and are not responsible for that information which is not accurate, complete, up-to-date or otherwise does not meet your personal requirements. Any reliance on the material or information on our Platform is at your own risk. Our site may contain certain historical information that is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of our Platform at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our Platform. You agree that it is your responsibility to regularly visit to our Platform on the changes of any information.

    4.2. The Products shown in the Services on our Platform may have limited quantities.

    4.3. The Product’s description will specify the availability of the Products on the Platform and the standard period of thirty (30) days from the date the Product was posted unless a longer period has been mentioned in the Products’ description.

    4.4. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information for all purchases made on our Platform. In the event that we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt but not obliged to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address or the phone number you provided at the time the order was made.

    4.5. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales or delivery of our Products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Products or Services that we offer. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

    4.6. Any offer for any product or service made on our Platform is considered void where prohibited by law.

    4.7. The prices and quantity of the Products on the Platform may change from time to time at any time by us without any notice.


5. Modification on the Products and Services and Prices

    5.1. Prices for the Products and Services are subject to change from time to time at our discretion without notice. If you completed a purchase prior to a price change, the price change will not apply to that purchase, but will apply to any future purchases of similar or other Products or Services that you may make.

Game Rules in GetLah


1. Rules

    1.1 Interpretation

      • Gem: shall mean the credit from GetLah that allows users to receive and purchase Gem and to redeem the Gem for the purchase of eligible ticket, products and/or services we provided through the Platform.

      • Ticket: mean the entry that entitles users to participate in the activities on the Platform. To redeem the Ticket, the users need to have sufficient Gem and/or Gems in the user’s account.

      • Entry Number: mean entry acceptance numbers that randomly assigned by the system to each user.

      • Winner Number: mean entry number for winner of the challenge.

      • Getpoint: mean the reward incentives that allows users to earn points to redeem products on GetMore- the Platform reward marketplace. The Getpoint can be earned from every ticket placed on our Platform, the point will be automatically credited into the user account after the announcement of result for all the participants except for the winners.

    1.2 Process

      All the details and total required ticket for each product item on our platform can be found from the individual product page. Each user shall ensure they have sufficient Gem to choose and place tickets on their desire product. The user will receive their Entry Number once the game/challenge has been completed. Each user may enroll in numbers of entries that they wish to. Complete the games/ challenges before an entry/ multiple entries are confirmed. The users can check on their entry status by clicking into ‘My Account” and “My Purchase” tabs in the Getlah Platform. After the Entry-Bar has reached 100% as displayed on the Products in the Platform, we will announce the winner of the Product based on the results of the top five (5) scorers in the games/ challenges. In the event if the top two (2) scorers achieve the same winning time, rankings are assessed based on lowest total number of moves to complete the challenge. The winner of the Product will be notified via either email and/or notification through our mobile apps. All participants have access to view the announced result from the Platform and/or mobile apps and the process will be transparently published to all the users. The winning product will be arranged for delivery to the winner once all the accurate information such as full name, contact details and delivery address have been provided. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that the accurate information has been provided to us for delivery purposes. The winner or user shall bear the delivery costs if incorrect information has been given to us or changes in delivery address after confirmation on the delivery information. There is an expiry date for each winning product, the winner shall complete and redeem their winning product by updating their accurate delivery information within and before the expiry date which shall be stated on the result announcement. By placing an entry into the Product, participating in the games and challenges, you shall agree that it is the sole and absolute discretion and decision of Getlah on the results and winners to be announced and determined by Getlah. In the event you are not the winner of the Product, the Gem you spent for the entry will be converted into Getpoint (1 Gem is equivalent to 1 Getpoint), of which you are entitled to redeem the products according to your Getpoint earned in our GetMore reward marketplace. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient Getpoint to redeem the products.


2. Gem

    2.1 You agree that the Gem purchased by you have no monetary value and can never be exchanged for real money from us or anyone else. You may purchase Gem into your account using any method that we have approved. A receipt from the payment gateway will be provided to you for the purchase of Gem. By initiating a purchase transaction, you represent and warrant to us that:-

      • You have to ensure that you are comply with the laws and you are responsible for using your payment card to complete this transaction.

      • You have the authority to use the payment source and method that you select.

      • You are not utilize funds derived from any fraudulent or unlawful source.

      • You agree and consent to us for sharing your personal information with any third parties that we use to process your requested purchase transaction.

      • You agree and consent to us performing any background check or investigation we deem necessary to ensure that your payment source and method are authorized.

    2.2 We are not required to examine your authority to use a payment source or method and are entitled to assume you to have authority. We may require you to provide additional information, provide copies of documents, or appear in person, for verification purpose. We do not guarantee that a transaction will be processed and made available in any specific period of time. We do not guarantee that a transaction will be free from error. We reserve the right to deny any transaction at any time and without notice.     2.3 Minimum & Maximum Purchase Transaction. We reserve the right to set or change a minimum required and/or maximum allowed for the transaction amount at any time and without notice.     2.4 No withdrawal or transfer of Gems and/or ticket. You agree that you will not attempt to deny, reverse, charge-back, re-credit, block or otherwise attempt to invalidate, recover, or deny us from receipt of a transaction. You hereby authorize us to hold and collect any amount owed to us as a result of any such fees or penalties from your transaction. We reserve the right to pursue any other means to recover such losses.

    2.5 You have the option of setting your play limits to zero or completely closing the account by providing us with a valid reason. We honor all such directions immediately. If you elect not to close the account, the Gems limit will apply as an aggregate limit for all Germs instruments attached to the account at the time of the limit request only. Please note that when contacting Customer Service to implement such measures, you must identify that you are requesting an account closure or Gems limit by providing a valid reason. This is to ensure that such requests are distinguishable from temporary "cooling off" requests. If you request to have your account closed or your account limit set to zero, we have right to determine whether to suspend your account or to close your account permanently without the option to re-open, at our absolute discretion.

    2.6 If the following occurs, we have the right to cancel the activities:

      • Our system is malfunction or suffer from the third party attack, or any other unforeseen reason that out of our control.

      • We have right to cancel the activity at our absolute discretion without notice to you.

    2.7 All the cash transactions on GetLah are to be completed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). The user's bank may or may not invoice the user an international payment fee in connection with a credit card payment on the Platform. It is the sole responsibility of the user to be familiar with the terms of use of his or her bank for such fees. We assume no responsibility for additional payment fees of any kind issued to the user by the user's bank.

    2.8 You shall retain a copy of transaction record and merchant policies and rules.


3. Shipping and Delivery

    3.1. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made from our supplier's warehouse or from our warehouse to the address provided by you. We may engage third parties to satisfy its contractual obligations without being required to notify you. It is your responsibility to notify the supplier on the damage on the product resulted from the transport or packaging upon your receipt of the product.

    3.2. We will ship your product as soon as possible after you confirm your shipping address. It normally takes fourteen (14) business days for us to process your order, and the actual number of days for delivery will be depending on the third party vendor.

    3.3. The shipping or delivery costs shall be borne by us save and except if it is stated otherwise in the description of the product. All Products in our Platform will be delivered within Malaysia only.

    3.4. After the product has been shipped, you can find the tracking information such as delivery express company, tracking number and proof of delivery in your product status in the Platform.

    3.5. Should we not be able to deliver the product ordered for whichever reason save and except for any incorrect information provided by you, we shall be entitled to declare that the order is cancelled or to substitute the product with a comparable value for replacement product with similar features, at our absolute discretion without notifying you. We may also replace the item ordered with a gift card with value equivalent to the value of the item ordered by you, at our absolute discretion.

    3.6. You shall within 15 working days to provide us complete details required in our Platform, to enable us to provide shipping and delivery, otherwise the winning products shall be forfeited. You may contact our customer service to appeal against our decision for forfeiture of winning products within 15 days immediately after the said 15 working days, of which your appeal shall subject to our approval at our sole discretion without assigning any reason to you.


4. Return Policy for Defective Products

    4.1. Exchange and return the item. All products on our Platform are fulfilled by third party vendors and our customer service will assist in exchanging and returning the product but strictly subject to the return policy, procedure and approval by the third party vendors.

    4.2. You may request for an exchange of the product if the product received by you are defective product. You shall notify us within four (4) days upon your receipt of the product if you wish to initiate a return request. Your request for exchange or return shall be processed by us at our absolute discretion. Our customer service will assist you by providing you with the return slip via email. It is your responsibility to return the defective product to the third party vendors directly. We will assist you for tracking your return product, following-up with the third party vendors. The cost of returning the product to the third party vendors shall be borne by you unless stated otherwise.

    4.3. Please ensure you have inspected the product before you accept it. If you discover that the product has been damaged in transit, please do not accept the product or notify our customer service to proceed for the return process immediately.

    4.4. We shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage (whether special or consequential), embarrassment, goodwill expenses or loss profit incurred or suffered by you due to the followings:-

      • the system is malfunction or suffer from the third party attack, interference by computer virus, corrupted data, or any other unforeseen reason that are out of our control.

      • Any failure in transmission, interruption, error, omission or breakdown of any equipment, system, server software or terminal of the Platform.

    4.5. If a product is low in demand and has not received the required number of ticket stated on our Platform within 30 days (by default) or any other period stated otherwise in our Platform since the beginning of the product posting date, we have absolute right and discretion to cancel the participating activities, and return the Gem into the user’s account.


5. Manufacturer’s Warranty

    5.1. You shall liaise directly with the manufacturer of the product for any product warranty.

    5.2. You agree that we shall not be responsible for any liability for damages, loss and/or expense incurred by you in respect of the product warranty.

    5.3. You agree that all risk is to be borne by you.


6. Termination

    6.1. These Terms and Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate your account at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or by ceasing to use our Platform.
